Although the room did not have air conditioning, I appreciated the helpfulness of the staff—one team member promptly provided a small fan and assisted in making the room more comfortable by suggesting I open the window. Their attention and willingness to help made a positive difference in my experience.

The hotel was close to everything. Taco festival was going on at the Centro Cultural of Tijuana. That was a plus. Family event full of food and live bands. We enjoyed the bar at nights to wind down. The rooms although small very comfortable. I like the parking below the hotel. We felt very safe.We will definitely be back.

Excellent location right across the street from Tacos Frank! If you know, you know. Close to everything you need and to the San Ysidro border crossing. The hotel is nice and clean and has everything you need. The staff is friendly and efficient. I highly recommend it!
